About Ali
I'm a fractional HR leader who helps organisations figure out the core issue fast, then fix it properly.
After many years working inside organisations - including at Air New Zealand and IAG - I now partner with leaders more independently, often as part of their team.
I'm direct, but never mean or reckless. I stay on the hook for outcomes - people trust me because I deliver, not because I tell them what they want to hear.
Alongside strategic leadership, I stay close to the action - remuneration modelling, union bargaining, ER case management, investigations and mediation. I'm not precious and will get stuck in wherever makes sense. I don't just manage the ER case; I get to the root cause and fix it properly - in a way that solves today's problem and sets you up for tomorrow.
I live in New Zealand and can work with organisations across time zones.
