Coaching with Ali

Helping talented people get unstuck and move forward with confidence.

I'm an ICC-certified leadership coach, accredited through ICC Academy New Zealand, recognised by both the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).

Why get a coach

I work professionals who are stepping into leadership for the first time, or into bigger roles, who are stuck and need a plan. Or people who have potential but aren’t making progress in the ways they want.

I believe

coaching is hands down the most effective leadership investment you can make in yourself and your people.

The benefits come from having someone who is 100% on your side, who’ll also hold the mirror up and help you call out your own BS.

I help

people make sense of messy situations, see what they are avoiding, and ultimately move forward with confidence.

Through my coaching, I've learned skills that allow me to be more kind, empathetic, and curious – and more effective.

You get

clarity on what you want and how to get there. You have a safe space to work through what's actually going on.

You gather confidence in spotting unhelpful patterns and self-correcting without the beat up.

How it works

I start with a no obligation meeting to see if we're a good fit. We then meet every couple of weeks for 90 minutes, either online, or in person if you’re in Tāmaki Makaurau.

Investment:

$3,750 excl. GST for a package of six coaching sessions plus email and message support in between.

In six sessions we can build real momentum, not just have conversations.

What people say

"Alison provided constructive challenge, feedback and in the nicest way possible held me to account to support my ongoing growth."

"In my coaching sessions, I felt safe to be myself, seek feedback and advice knowing that it was sound, practical and without judgement."

"By the end, it felt like I was talking to a supportive and knowledgeable friend who genuinely had my best interests at heart and wanted me to be successful above all else."
